5. When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping charges will vary depending on the weight of your order, the destination country and the shipping method that you selected. Once the order was shipped, a tracking number will be email to you.

All designers are quality guaranteed. However,if you find some defective item(s) in your received order please inform us within 3 working days to ask for exchange or refund. Remember that all items must be returned unworn, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging it arrived in. When we receive the returned item(s) we will arrange the exchange/refund ASAP.
